This service is intended only for those with very fast broadband (ADSL, DSL; etc.) or cable connections to the internet. It is entirely unsuitable for those with 56k modems, slow computers or other barriers to the very fastest internet access now available, because the download times will be in days rather than minutes.

Why might my computer system not be fast enough?

The internet involves sending messages between computers. These messages do not travel directly, but through many other computers on the way, according to the traffic jams at the time. If you live in New York and want to travel to Los Angeles you could go by plane, car or bicycle. If you go by car, you select the route on which there are no delays, such as road works. It's much quicker to go by plane, but you could still be held up by fog or thunderstorms. Even so, it would probably still be quicker to go by plane via Toronto and New Orleans than by car on any route. But if you go bicycle you may never get farther than the outskirts of New York before you need a rest!
Some computer systems and internet connections are planes, others are bicycles. Which is yours?
